Hello! I’m Nele – a PT for whom exercise and a healthy lifestyle are much more than just a profession – they’re a way of life that I’ve followed for many years. I’ve been physically active for most of my life, and for the past three years, I’ve been training consistently and purposefully. This experience has given me a practical understanding of how to structure workouts, stay motivated, and move confidently toward my goals. I continuously update my knowledge through modern training methods and science-based information to always provide the best for my clients.
My goal is to help you achieve your personal aims – whether that means a stronger and more toned body, better overall well-being, or simply more joy in movement.

Payment is made based on an invoice before the training session, the invoice will be sent to your email
* Payment for the 5x and 10x packages must be made in one installment – partial payments are unfortunately not possible.
Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase!
**Personal training prices do not include the gym entry ticket (if necessary, an additional gym entrance fee will apply)
